Our kick off show at The Mockingbird with Georgia Middleman and Gary Burr went spectacularly well.  The next batch of shows featuring Natalie Hemby, Danny Myrick, Erin Enderlin, Randy Sharp and Don Henry is on sale now at the SHOWS tab above.

I'm going to bring a slightly different version of my own show each month as well sometimes leaning into harmonies, songs other people recorded, my own albums or, like this month with Adam Wright and David Ryan Harris, throwing in a little saxophone to make sure I can still jam with my pals.

Also in April I have the honor of joining friend, collaborator and co-founder of SongwritingWith: Soldiers, Darden Smith at his Austin, TX studio for an intimate acoustic show.  Tickets for that one also in SHOWS.

2026 brings a monthly writers-in-the-round show at The Mockingbird in Greenville, SC

I’m excited to curate The Song Sessions at The Mockingbird, a new venue at the Peace Center.  Every third weekend (and an occasional second weekend) I’ll bring two different writer/artists with me to share our songs and the stories behind them.  In January my guests will be Georgia Middleman and Gary Burr.  In February I’ll have Adam Wright and David Ryan Harris.  And in March, Emma-Lee and Tera Lynne will be joining me.  Thanks to the marketing department at the Peace Center both January and February are already SOLD OUT but the second show in March (March 21) still has tickets available and we will be announcing the next batch of shows (April – June) very soon.

Every month will bring a Friday night and Saturday night show plus a Saturday afternoon workshop from 1pm-4pm for songwriters who would like to have one of their songs heard and discussed by my accomplished guests and me.  If you’re interested in the workshop please get on the Peace Center mailing list so you’re the first to know when tickets go on sale.  We are keeping it small to make sure everyone is heard, capping attendance at 12 people.

For my Austin friends, I’ll be joining Darden Smith on April 4 for his Studio Show:

Studio shows are one of the most unique concert experiences in Austin, or anywhere. You never know what will happen or who is going to be there.
